Lauren Graham is returning to NBC. TV Guide reports the Parenthood star has joined the network’s new TV show, Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist.
The series stars Jane Levy as Zoey, a coder living in San Francisco who “starts to hear the innermost wants and desires of the people around her through songs. At first, she questions her own sanity but soon realizes this unwanted curse may just be an incredibly wonderful gift.”
On Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, Graham will be playing Zoey’s boss. The Gilmore Girls star joins fellow cast mates Peter Gallagher, Skyler Astin, Alex Newell, John Clarence Stewart, and Mary Steenburgen.
NBC has not yet announced a premiere date.
