American Crime Story will arrive on FX early next year, and Ryan Murphy does not even know if the series will survive being cancelled during its first season or not yet. That is not stopping him from making plans for the second season.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Murphy spoke about American Crime Story, American Horror Story, and his other projects at the Ryan Murphy & Friends event over the weekend, and he revealed that he does know what he wants to do for season two of the new series.
During the event, he revealed that he needed to work on the idea for season two early because it is a case of obtaining the intellectual property rights to do the series he has in mind.
Season one of American Crime Story is telling the story behind the O.J. Simpson trial, and it stars Cuba Gooding Jr. and John Travolta.
Murphy does have a lot on his plate, but that never stops him from adding more. At the same event, he revealed that he is tossing the idea around of doing two seasons of American Horror Story each year. Season five of the series is currently airing on FX.
