ABC has renewed the guilty pleasure reality series for a third season. This time however, the summer series will also feature contestants that haven’t been on The Bachelor or Bachelorette. Warner Bros. and ABC are currently casting for “fresh eligible faces” on their website.
Bachelor Pad has been a moderately successful series for ABC for the past two summers. The six episodes of season one attracted an average of a 2.0 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 5.88 million total viewers. The seven installments of season two averaged a 2.0 rating with 6.33 million.
The next season of The Bachelorette kicks off on May 14th.
