What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the FOX television network, Brooklyn Nine-Nine follows Detective Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg) and the rest of the unique detectives and officers at the NYPD’s 99th Precinct. The sitcom’s cast also includes Andre Braugher, Terry Crews, Melissa Fumero, Joe Lo Truglio, Stephanie Beatriz, Chelsea Peretti, Dirk Blocker, and Joel McKinnon Miller.
Season Four Ratings
The fourth season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine averaged a 0.86 rating in the 18-49 demographic and drawing an average audience of 2.11 million viewers. On May 12, 2017, Brooklyn Nine-Nine was renewed for a fifth season.
It will debut on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at 9:30pm ET.

Telly’s Take
The ratings continue to fall and the studio has enough episodes for a good-sized syndication package. Is it time for Brooklyn Nine-Nine to come to an end? FOX could easily cancel this show but I suspect they’ll renew it to keep some established live-action sitcoms around to help them launch new ones. We’ll see what happens but the ratings are not on this FOX show’s side.
