Last season FOX tried airing live-action sitcoms on Sunday nights with their animated series. Their gamble paid off and Brooklyn Nine-Nine was renewed. How will the ratings go this time around? Will it be renewed for a fourth season or will it be cancelled instead? Stay tuned.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine follows a group of unique detectives and officers at the NYPD’s 99th Precinct. The sitcom’s cast includes Andy Samberg, Andre Braugher, Terry Crews, Melissa Fumero, Joe Lo Truglio, Stephanie Beatriz, Chelsea Peretti, Dirk Blocker, and Joel McKinnon Miller.

The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival.
