A Burglar’s Guide to the City: CBS Commits to Drama from Scorpion Team

CBS has given a put pilot commitment to the A Burglar’s Guide to the City TV show pilot based on the book by Geoff Manaugh. Deadline reports the new potential drama comes from Scorpion executive producers Alex Kurtzman, Justin Lin, Heather Kadin, and co-EP Paul Grellong.

Grellong is writing the action procedural. Lin, who directed the Scorpion pilot, may helm the pilot for A Burglar’s Guide, too.  Deadline says it, “…centers on a team of modern-day Robin Hoods, led by a brilliant architect with a troubled past. They use their unique skills to gain access to any stronghold in order to steal from rich criminals and give to those who have been wronged by a corrupt system.”
