Season five of HGTV‘s Flip or Flop TV series premieres Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 9:00pm ET/PT. The show features flipping experts Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussa as they buy, renovate, and sell real estate for fun and profit.
HGTV announced the premiere date in a press release, about the fourth season’s ratings.

New York [For Immediate Release – March 28, 2016] HGTV’s Flip or Flop, starring married house flippers Tarek and Christina El Moussa, averaged a .91 live plus same day rating among viewers P25-54 in its fourth season – the highest ratings ever for the series. Ratings among viewers P25-54 grew 26% over season three – making Flip or Flop the #1 rated cable program for the Thursday 9P-9:30P time period among viewers P25-54 and upscale W25-54. More than 16 million total viewers tuned in to watch the series in its fourth season. Season five of Flip or Flop premieres Thursday, June 9, at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
