Glamorous has a premiere date. Netflix has announced the arrival of the drama series with the release of first-look photos. The streaming service has ordered 10 episodes.
Starring Miss Benny, Kim Cattrall, Zane Phillips, Jade Payton, Michael Hsu Rosen, Ayesha Harris, and Graham Parkhurst, the Netflix series follows Marco Mejia (Miss Benny), a gender non-conforming queer man who lands a job with makeup mogul Madolyn Addison (Cattrall) and has their life changed forever.
The project comes from Jordon Nardino, Damon Wayans Jr., and Kameron Tarlow and was in development at The CW in 2018. It was ordered to pilot in 2019 at the network with Eva Longoria directing and Brooke Shields playing Madolyn. The network passed on the project in 2019 but Netflix picked up Glamorous and ordered it to series a year ago.
