Last year, Gordon Ramsay premiered his US version of The F Word on FOX, which was a middle-of-the-road performer for an unscripted summertime TV series. Although it hasn’t been officially cancelled, the network hasn’t renewed it either, and it is unlikely to return. Still, the celebrity chef has had a long, successful partnership with the network, and now they’ve launched Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back TV show. Does it have the right ingredients to satisfy the audience? Will Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back be cancelled or renewed for season two on FOX? Stay tuned. *Status update below.
A FOX restaurant rehab reality TV series, Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back is a new twist on the old Kitchen Nightmares format. Salty Chef Ramsay shows up in his custom, mobile “Hell on Wheels” command-center (equipped with a full kitchen) and assesses what ails a flagging eatery. In just 24 hours’ time, Ramsay and his team renovate the restaurant, refresh its menu, and help the owners relaunch it.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly in the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — usually the next day, around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.

Note: These are the Live + Same Day Ratings which include “live” viewing plus delayed DVR viewing, up until 3am local time that same night. Ratings marked with an “*” are the fast affiliate ratings and will be updated with the Live+SD numbers when they are made available. Typically, networks get paid for C+3 ratings which includes DVR viewing within three days of the original airing when commercials are watched. Those numbers are rarely released to the press.
