Grey’s Anatomy: Season 14? No Endgame in Sight

(ABC/Kelsey McNeal)

Is there an end in sight for Grey’s Anatomy. This week, ABC boss Channing Dungey discussed the future of the long-running TV series, Deadline reports.

From Shonda Rhimes, the medical drama is currently in its 13th season. The cast includes Ellen Pompeo, Justin Chambers, Chandra Wilson, James Pickens Jr., Kevin McKidd, Jessica Capshaw, Jesse Williams, Sarah Drew, Caterina Scorsone, and Camilla Luddington.

At this week’s Television Critics Association press tour, Dungey revealed there’s no “endgame” in sight for Grey’s Anatomy:

I don’t want to think about endgame for Grey’s. We are doing better in Season 13 than we have done in awhile, and I feel that the show creatively is firing on all cylinders. As long as the fans remain engaged, ratings are good and Shonda creatively is excited about it, let’s keep going.”

As of now, Grey’s Anatomy is indeed doing well in the ratings. Season 13 is currently averaging a rating of 2.20 in the 18-49 demo and 8.029 million viewers, making it ABC second highest-rated show for the 2016-2017 season so far.

What do you think? Do you watch Grey’s Anatomy? How many more seasons do you think the show should last?
