This drama focuses on a group of medical interns, residents and doctors working at the fictional Seattle Grace Hospital in Seattle, Washington.
The story begins with Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo), Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh), Isobel “Izzie” Stevens (Katherine Heigl), Alex Karev (Justin Chambers), and George O’Malley (T.R. Knight) at the start of their time as interns.
They are overseen by the tough Dr. Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) and work under physicians like Dr. Calliope Iphegenia “Callie” Torres (Sara Ramirez), Dr. Derek “McDreamy” Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey), and Dr. Preston Burke (Isaiah Washington).
Grey’s storylines have gotten old and boring. They should not have cut Meridith and Maggie. Bring them back and get fresh writers.
I’m not wild over Meredith. Just let her leave for good, get back to medical stories. The episodes are getting too political lately.
If recent media coverage is to believed, it would appear Ellen P is bored and fed up and wants the show to end. What is mysterious is if she feels so, why doesn’t she just quit? Her contribution to the show is mediocre at best these days, same old same old pretty much, so you know, maybe some fresh eyes would be good. I see in the media this report about her run in with Denzel Washington “its my show, its my set”… that tells us all we need to know…. she’s an actress, and it is probably well overdue… Read more »
I’ve watched the show for years, and at the beginning enjoyed the medical drama. The show is too bogged down with interpersonal relationships, and is extremely stale. It’s more like a soap opera now, and has strayed from it’s original medical drama. The show has outlived it’s time
NEVER should’ve got rid of the original characters from the first 10 seasons!!! Major mistake.
This show should really be cancelled. Very boring with the same old story line. Can’t believe the characters share all the same love interests.
Not long enough the Simpsons are at seasons 31 and 32 currently still on season 31 but stoll that’s long enough so grey’s anatomy has to reach seasons 31 and 32 for it to be on long enough
