Kelli Giddish can’t stay away from Law & Order: SVU. The actress departed the series last December and returned for a guest arc in May. Per Deadline, Giddish will now appear in the 25th season’s premiere in January.
The NBC drama follows the detectives who work in the Special Victims Unit and features Mariska Hargitay, Ice-T, Peter Scanavino, and Octavio Pisano.
Giddish played Detective Amanda Rollins for 12 seasons. When we last saw Rollins in May, it was revealed that the character was pregnant with her third child overall and the first with her new husband, ADA Sonny Carisi Jr (Scanavino).
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit returns to NBC for its 25th season on January 18th.
What do you think? Will you be glad to see Giddish back on Law & Order: SVU? Do you want to see her return to the series full-time?
