Mr. Mercedes isn’t retiring anytime soon. Deadline reports Audience Network has renewed the TV show for a second season.
Based on the book by Stephen King, the crime drama centers on a deranged murderer and his provocation of a retired police officer. The cast includes Brendan Gleeson, Harry Treadaway, Kelly Lynch, Holland Taylor, Jharrel Jerome, Mary-Louise Parker, Justine Lupe, Breeda Wool, Scott Lawrence, Robert Stanton, and Ann Cusack.
AT&T Audience Network has ordered 10 episodes for season two of Mr. Mercedes. The series’ first season wraps tomorrow, October 11th, at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
