What’s This TV Show About?

Streaming on the CBS All Access paid subscription platform, No Activity stars Patrick Brammall and Tim Meadows as two low-level police officers who have already spent way too much time together in a car. Guest stars for season two include Jake Johnson as Detective Haldeman, Sunita Mani as SDPD Dispatch’s Fatima, Jason Mantzoukas as the criminal Marco, Amy Sedaris as SDPD Dispatch’s Janice, and J.K. Simmons as Internal Affair’s Leon. New guests include Jessica Alba, Chris Gethard, Max Greenfield, Joe Manganiello, Cristin Milioti, and Nasim Pedrad.
 

 

Telly’s Take

Unless they decide to publicize its viewership statistics, it is hard to tell whether CBS All Access will cancel or renew No Activity for season three. Because this paid-subscription streaming platform is still building up its programming slate, I think a third season renewal is more likely than not. Since that’s just speculation, I’ll keep an eye on the trades and update this page with breaking developments. Subscribe for any No Activity cancellation or renewal news.
