The Orville has some new company. Deadline reports Jessica Szohr has joined season two of the FOX TV show.
Set in the 25th century, the sci-fi comedy follows the crew of the U.S.S. Orville as they face off against dangerous alien races and their own personal issues. The cast includes Seth MacFarlane, Adrianne Palicki, Penny Johnson Jerald, Scott Grimes, Peter Macon, Halston Sage, J Lee, Mark Jackson, Chad L. Coleman, and Norm Macdonald.
Details regarding Szohr’s role on The Orville are sparse, but she will be playing a new crew member onboard the spaceship. FOX has not yet released a premiere date for season two.
