Telly’s Take
I am making other dinner plans, because I suspect this show will pull a fifth season renewal out of its hat. Although historically, there has been nothing magical about its demo numbers, this summer series regularly draws a larger total audience than the smallest network’s scripted dramas. Since it has to be cheaper to produce, and because the summer audience is always smaller, I think this series is safe.
