Does the fourth season of The Royals TV show on NBC give the viewing audience the royal treatment? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like The Royals is cancelled or renewed for season five. The drama centers on a fictional British royal family, in modern day London. They inhabit a world of opulence that caters to their every desire, but one that also comes with a price tag of duty, destiny, and intense public scrutiny.
