Even though they don’t generally draw big audiences, or earn high Nielsen ratings, HBO is always developing new comedies and does so to some acclaim. Enter their new Sally4Ever TV show, a co-production with Sky Atlantic. Does it have what it takes to make the US and UK networks beg for more? Will Sally4Ever be cancelled or renewed for season two? An HBO and Sky Atlantic comedy from creator and co-star Julia Davis, Sally4Ever also stars Catherine Shepherd, Alex Macqueen, Julia Davis, Julian Barratt, Felicity Montagu, Steve Oram, Joanna Scanlan, and Mark Gatiss. The story centers on mid-level marketing executive Sally (Shepherd). After her longtime boyfriend, David (Macqueen) proposes to her, Sally panics and embarks on a torrid affair. Her new paramour, Emma (Davis), is a free-spirited, charismatic entertainer, who soon reveals herself to be a horror-show and sends Sally’s life spinning out of control.
