SWAT has some new company. Deadline reports GLOW star Amy Farrington has joined season three of the CBS TV show.
The drama series centers on Sergeant Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson (Shemar Moore), a lifetime Los Angeles local and former Marine who has been tapped to lead a new “last stop” Special Weapons and Tactics unit. The cast also includes Stephanie Sigman, Alex Russell, Jay Harrington, Lina Esco, Kenny Johnson, and Peter Onorati.
On SWAT, Farrington will be playing Det. Lynch, “an experienced detective with impressive contacts all over Los Angeles.” Season three of SWAT is slated to debut on CBS on October 2nd at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
