The Mob Doctor: Guess the Second Episode’s Ratings

Last week, FOX unveiled their first new drama of the 2012-13 season — The Mob Doctor. Unfortunately, not enough people seemed to notice or care.

Following the season premiere of Bones, The Mob Doctor registered a disappointing 1.5 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 5.11 million total viewers. It was tied for third place in the timeslot and lost a significant percentage of its lead-in audience.

The ratings for new shows typically drop 10-20% in their second week and, with a poor showing to start, Mob Doctor can’t afford any declines. On top of that, both ABC and CBS will have very popular new shows on tonight. In short, things don’t look good for Mob Doctor and the series could easily end up being the first cancellation of the new season.
