On The Quest, a dozen everyday people are transported to a fantasy world called Everealm where they have adventures and compete to be the last “true hero” remaining. The cast includes Peter Windhofer, Jan Hutter, Marcello de Nardo, Susanne Gschwendtner, Stephanie Buddenbrock, Florence Kasumba, Mai Duong Kieu, and Doug Tait.
The series ran for 10 episodes, from July until September of 2014, and averaged a 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 1.94 million viewers. Despite a passionate fan base, it was one of the network’s worst summer performers.
The series could be revived at some point but, at least for now, it appears the show is over.
