Supergirl had a visit from The Flash on Monday night, and there is a chance that fans could see more crossovers between the CBS series and the shows on CW. In fact, Supergirl might eventually meet other superheroes from the world of DC comics on CW.
Greg Berlanti spoke about the possibilities of future crossovers with TV Line, and it is possible that Barry Allen will meet up with Kara Danvers again. However, Berlanti is even more excited about a meeting between Supergirl and Green Arrow, who is played by Stephen Amell.
He said:
“From the day we cast Melissa [Benoist], the notion of her in scenes with Grant [Gustin] – or someday maybe in the best of all worlds with [Arrow star] Stephen [Amell], as well – it’s exciting to think of them on screen together.”
Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg also spoke about the possibility of Supergirl appearing on The Flash or the characters from DC’s Legends of Tomorrow crossing over as well because of that series’ dealing with time travel and multiple Earths making it easier to cross things over.
