Carry on, my wayward sons. The CW has just renewed the Supernatural TV series for an incredible 12th season! Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) will continue to hunt, fight, and kill the things that go bump in the night — that is when they are not actively summoning them.
It’s one more year of blood and guts, sweat, tears, secrets, lies, and sacrifices, for the boys in the black 1967 Chevrolet Impala. Misha Collins (Castiel) and Mark Sheppard (Crowley) round out the cast.
The renewal was one of 11 early pickups announced by The CW, today. The network renewed its entire slate. The full list of CW TV series renewed today are: Arrow, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, The Flash, iZombie, Jane The Virgin, The Originals, Reign, Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries, and The 100.
