Super news! Today, The CW announced they’ve renewed their superhero series, Arrow, for a fifth season.
The network has also renewed 10 other series for the 2016-2017 season, including The Flash and Jane the Virgin.
Based on the DC Comics character Green Arrow, Arrow stars Stephen Amell as billionaire playboy Oliver Queen, who becomes shipwrecked and returns home to fight for justice. Katie Cassidy, David Ramsey, Willa Holland, Paul Blackthorne, Emily Bett Rickards, Manu Bennett, and John Barrowman also star.
The series is currently in its fourth season and still performing decently in the ratings, with an average of 2.664 million viewers per episode so far.
The season four finale of Arrow will air on May 25th at 8 p.m.
Other CW series renewals for next season include the following: Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, The Originals, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, iZombie, Reign, Supernatural, The 100, and The Vampire Diaries.

I’m super pumped that Arrow and The Flash, Dc legends were renewed I’m a book comic book fan and even at 48 yrs old I’m watching all DC and MARVEL shows.
I hope to see Green Arrow have a crossover with the other DC characters in season 5.
I think need change the show make more fun to watch terrible i been watch since High School need to make better and do report about this season that next season get cancelled after it over not good as 1 to 2 season don’t like anymore big superhero fan actually fannet with DC Comics books and movies also Marvel Comics books really good to read from the begin first came out think time say goodbye after next season sorry folks.
It terrible show need plot of the or cancelled read the Main actor Stephan Amell quitting after this season do article on him that show end series it very not anywhere no good plot very dark don’t like shows like that need end after next season just need find something new can blow mind away that like books of DC comics or Marvel comics because they great job writing books.
