What the heck’s up with the Hecks in season eight of ABC’s The Middle TV show? We all know that the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like The Middle is cancelled or renewed for a ninth season on ABC. Unfortunately, most people don’t live in a Nielsen Household. Because many viewers feel frustrated that their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we’d like to offer you a chance to rate the episodes here.
An ABC sitcom, The Middle stars Patricia Heaton, Neil Flynn, Charlie McDermott, Eden Sher, and Atticus Shaffer. The family comedy centers on the Hecks, a middle-class Orson, Indiana family. Quarry manager Mike (Flynn) and dental assistant Frankie (Heaton), do their best to make ends meet and raise their three very different kids — underachiever Axl (McDermott), awkward yet optimistic Sue (Sher), and quirky, brilliant Brick (Shaffer).
