What’s This TV Show About?

An FX sci-fi drama centering on the X-Men character, Legion stars Dan Stevens, Rachel Keller, Aubrey Plaza, Bill Irwin, David Negahban, Jemaine Clement, Jeremie Harris, Amber Midthunder, Hamish Linklater, and Jean Smart. The superhero thriller follows David Haller (Stevens). After being in and out of psychiatric hospitals for years, David met Syd (Keller), who helped him realize he wasn’t schizophrenic, but rather, in possession of incredible abilities. Upon exorcising the Shadow King from his body, David disappeared. Now his team must ally themselves with former nemesis Clark (Linklater) and Division III, his government organization. Meanwhile, the Shadow King, i.e. Amahl Farouk (Negahban) continues his quest for unlimited, apocalyptic power.
 

Season Two Ratings

Telly’s Take

Will FX cancel or renew Legion for season three? The ratings are still way down but, right now, I think it will score a third season. FX is relatively patient with its dramas, and Legion is its first Marvel project.
