What’s right and what’s wrong during the first season of The Red Line TV show on CBS? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like The Red Line is cancelled or renewed for season two. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. A CBS limited series, The Red Line stars Noah Wyle, Emayatzy Corinealdi, Noel Fisher, Howard Charles, Aliyah Royale, Michael Patrick Thornton, Vinny Chhibber, Corey Reynolds, and Elizabeth Laidlaw. The drama centers on three separate Chicago families forever changed by the shooting of an unarmed African-American doctor, by a white police officer. As it delves into life in three distinct neighborhoods, the series explores at how race, culture, and circumstance affect the experience.
