Jordin Sparks is coming to The Real O’Neals. Entertainment Weekly reports the American Idol singer will guest on an upcoming episode of the FOX sitcom.

The comedy centers on an Irish Catholic family whose lives are changed when the middle son comes out as gay. The cast includes Martha Plimpton, Jay R. Ferguson, Noah Galvin, Matt Shively, Bebe Wood, and Mary Hollis Inboden.

On The Real O’Neals, Sparks will play herself in fantasy sequence dreamed up by Kenny (Galvin).

From ABC:

Kenny’s fear that his relationship with his boyfriend is moving too quickly leads to a fantasy sequence in which he pictures their rut of a future, complete with belly fat, receding hairlines, and way too many lap dogs. Enter Jordin Sparks, whose surprise visit is cut short when she points out that settling down too soon has ruined Kenny’s life.”
