Tonight marks the end of Burn Notice on USA Network. After 111 episodes and seven seasons, it’s time to say goodbye to Michael Westen — but it might not be forever.
In a recent interview with TheWrap, series creator Matt Nix says that he’s open to doing either a spin-off or a reunion movie of some kind.
He said, “I would love to do it… The door has been left open intentionally [in the finale], but nobody’s asked me to write a script. If the opportunity ever arose to do something like that I’d be thrilled.”

A Burn Notice reunion movie would be great especially with all four main players Mike, Fee, Sam and Jessie. Even if say you could not get Donovan and Anwar for a movie, I would definitely watch a spin-off with Sam and Jessie helping people who are in need. Now this is just my opinion, but the USA network has gone way downhill with their original programming. Was my favorite network when they had not just Burn Notice but also had Monk and Psych. Please do a spin off or movie, with the entire original cast. Burn notice was one of the best series and most intelligently written in years. We need more of Michael, Fiona and Sam. Please make it happen.

Burn Notice was, and still is, one of my (very few) all time favourite television series. Period! I saw it from the first episode to the last and only missed two which I caught later. The only thing that let it down a bit was the strange sideways turn in the final season, or perhaps final season and a half. It went a bit weird and and a little too dark, even the music. This series just screams for a reunion for several reasons: Madeline deserved to salvage some kind of peaceful life, but could never do that if she wasn’t sure Michael would have that too, as well as Charlie. The friends who risked their lives for him countless times dserved to do the same. And, no matter HOW badly he wanted it, there is no way Michael Westen could just start livin
How about a reunion followed by a spinoff? Burn Notice had fantastic writing, an amazing cast and a great location. The plots were like mental chess – good guys v bad guys. And it wasn’t overly violent either,,, more of a class act. If Bruce Willis could do well in Red and Red 2 I don’t think age would be an issue. Come on – we want more !!!
I would really like if Burn Notice came back for another season. I think it would be awesome even to see the movie. I have re watched Burn Notice at least like 10 times and i still am. I think that if Burn Notice came back that everyone would be watching it because this is the best show that ever aired on t.v. So please please please bring it back.

Come on NBC and USA Network–let Matt Nix and Michael Wilson share a new screenplay with the American public and please please bring back Burn Notice. You could start with Jesse Porter getting convinced by Mattie to help her fake her death even to Michael and the gang because she wants to resurrect her old quieter life back–perhaps with a new name and identity. She could be Madeleine McBride (Michael’s name used when he was over in Ireland and where he first met Fiona). Someone who has some pull should really contact USA Network or NBC and tell them that they need to bring back Burn Notice and the worlds greatest burnt Spy. This was my favorite show and I still watch re runs religiously. A movie would be awesome as well. I loved the suspense each week to the next. This show had it all, Action, Love, Hate, Happiness, Sadness, Good times, Bad Times. There isn’t a single show on today that has a better story line or actors than Burn Notice. It would be a great thing to do a come back. You just left your viewer on the hook without a wrap. What i mean is there was never a end.There should be a movie or a spinoff i sure will be watchng.
I would love a reunion featuring my favourite burned spy and his mates. This is one my favourite show, and I re-watch it at least once a year, never get bored ;-).I think this tv show was the perfect combination of action, love story, dark path and storyline. I am actually sad that Madeline would not be able to come back. I watch every rerun and set my alarm every Saturday morning for 5am! This was my most favorite show ever!
