It was a Full House reunion on Friday’s edition of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Uncle Jesse (John Stamos) reunited with his band after nearly 20 years — complete with ’80s rock-star hair.
Jesse & the Rippers played a medley of their greatest hits (including a jazzy version of a certain TV theme song) for an enthusiastic crowd that included his wife Rebecca (Lori Loughlin) and his best friend, Danny Tanner (Bob Saget).
Following the performance, Full House alum Dave Coulier tweeted, “Do the Rippers need a harmonica player? I’m available!” Stamos later responded that he wished that Coulier had been there.
Full House ran for 192 episodes on ABC. A staple of the network’s TGIF Friday night schedule for many years, the sitcom was cancelled after eight seasons. The two last episodes aired on May 23, 1995.
What do you think? Did you like the mini-reunion? Would you attend a Jesse & the Rippers concert?
Great to see them. John and Lori still look great. Nice big hug! Didn’t see much of Bob.
