It wasn’t a stellar debut for this new series with a 08. rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.88 million viewers. Though Hart of Dixie built slightly on the Gossip Girl lead-in, it was the weakest of the network’s series premieres and that doesn’t bode well for the future.
Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.
What do you think? Do you like the Hart of Dixie TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for a second season?

I love with sbow and so does my mom!!! Please don’t cancel it. It reminds me so much of Gilmore girls. I look forward to every Monday night!! The CW should give it another year to find it’s audience but since I am in my 40s and my mom is in her 70s, I think it has broad appeal!!! Don’t cancel one of the best shows on TV!
Please don’t cancel this show!! I love it!!!!
we love this show…finally a show our whole family can watch and get behind the characters!!
please give it a chance to gain momentum!
What a great show ! There’s actually something to watch that’s. Entertaining before I retire for the evening – doesn’t give me nightmares or depression .
Just a solid story -that actually makes sense .
Excited to watch this great cast .

Please make a 2nd season!!!! This show is GREAT!!!!! do anything to keep it, diffrent time slot or something!!!!! PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!
I think there are too many heavy drama shows and stupid shows like Wipe Out .Hart of Dixie is a romantic comedy which is getting started realy well. I need to see how every one gets together. Critics trash it … But let them watch NFL or what everthen …and let us have our “Dixie”
I for one love this show and I dont even live in the US!!! I have been watching it online via tv-links and I think its amazing. I have told soooo many people about it here in the UK and everyone is dying to see it so it would be a real shame if we didnt get the opportunity! I truly and honestly hope that it gets renewed for a second season as things were just beginning to “hot” up between George and Zoe although I am not happy that Wade is so upset as he does not deserve that!… Read more »
I love this show! It is my must see show each week. I DVR every episode and have watched them over and over. I especially love the Zoe and Wade moments. I hope the show will be renewed. To cancel it would be a huge mistake!
Hart of Dixie is always on my do not miss list every week. It’s easy, breezy, light-hearted and just fun to watch with a reat ensemble cast. Hart of Dixie is a happy pill on Monday nights. LOL
Love this show plz renew!!!!
What a breath of fresh air…with so many shows that are on and downright borderline R…it’s nice to have something lighthearted and whimsical to watch! Please find the perfect time slot for it. I believe it will work if given the chance!!
I love this show, please don’t cancel it. Maybe if you find a good time slot for this show, the ratings will go up.
I absolutely adore this show. It is funny and the actors are great. Especially love Scott Porter and Jaimy King. This show makes me feel happy and it keeps a smile on my face when watching. Not many shows can do that. It deserves a second season!
I absolutely LOVE this show!!! It’s one of my favorites. I really hope it stays on for a long time. I especially look forward to Scott Porter (George) coming on the screen. So damn hot! 🙂
I absolutely adore this show! I am really hoping that the network isn’t stupid enough to cancel it! It’s light and fluffy and adorable. We need more of that on TV with all those terrible reality shows and depressing dark shows. Hart of Dixie is fun and a show you just get lost in. And we can’t forget the eye candy! 🙂 Wade and Levon, hello!
DO NOT CANCEL this show CW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
