It wasn’t a stellar debut for this new series with a 08. rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.88 million viewers. Though Hart of Dixie built slightly on the Gossip Girl lead-in, it was the weakest of the network’s series premieres and that doesn’t bode well for the future.
Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.

I love Hart off Dixie. It is a great show with great potential. I look forward to watching this show every week. It’s my favorite, I love love love it!!! 🙂
This show has potential….talented young actors, great setting and everyone loves a romance. Reminds me of the young days of 90210 with Brandon and Kelly. Keep it on and bring in a few more young bloods and it will beat its competition.
Please don’t cancel this show!!! I love Hart of Dixie! It’s such a fun show!!
