Littlest Pet Shop will return with season four to Discovery Family on November 7, but the network has cancelled the series. This means that season four will be the last.
Roger Eschbacher, a writer for the animated series, announced the cancellation on his website on Saturday. He revealed that Hasbro had decided to pull the plug on the series, and he said it had something to do with toy sales. It was not a case of low ratings.

i want littlest pet shop back please, my and my little sister loves the show but the reboot isn’t like the old one it doesn’t have what the old one had, and we cant re-watch littlest pet shop because its hard for me to find full episodes on Youtube and Netflix took it off a little while after the show ended,

It’s been three years since the show was cancelled, so I don’t even know why i’m here…
I just really love this show, and wish there was, or is going to be a fifth season, even though I know it’s too late for that now. I mean, there is the reboot, but I want the old show back, with the characters that I love! Not the reboot.
I will miss this show, yes. I just wished the writer could continue. My dearest friend collects all the littest pet shop and she said that she can maybe help this writer to continue the shows. SHE LOVES LPS!
So, my little guy came across Littlest Pet Shop on Netflix and he loves it so much. Now finding out that it’s been cancelled, he’s going to be so sad. Also, they left it on such a sad cliffhanger. They could have at least given it a movie to give us closure. To think it was cancelled because of poor toy sales, well maybe they should have done something else with the toys then? Same here, I’ve tried watching the reboot and didn’t like it that much. The old show, on the other hand, is amazing. I love the characters, and rewatch episodes all the time!
I just finished the show and it didn’t seem a cliffhanger to me, I thought it was quite a nice ending. A few loose ends, but without spoiling it the big reveal we’d all been waiting for happened with the right person and in a really heartwarming way so to me that’s the main thing :3

Really? Listen I just recently started getting into the actual show (I’m more of a mlp fan and a bigger fan of the toys for lps or I used to be) Annnywhoooo… Are you really canceling the show because the toys aren’t selling? The toys didn’t sell because they were always cheap, little plastic nothings. The show is (was) awesome… sigh.
Honestly the show ruined the toys.

No! The show must go on! For the sake of its fans if you’re cancelling it because of the toys not being sold, shame on you! Don’t cancel it because of the toys but cancel it if the show itself is not being watched. *sigh if you still want to cancel it i can’t say no to any of you.

Sooo yeah MLP ending next month (already ended in some parts of the world or those following leaks). It’s had a very good run though to be fair, 9 seasons is 2 more than any Star Trek series even! Things change, maybe G5 won’t be as good, maybe it’ll be great, just have to wait and see.
