TV show description:
Contestants are challenged to sing popular song lyrics accurately in a variety of karaoke-style competitions.
Each episode begins with an audience-wide sing-along and a small group of attendees are chosen by the host to compete on-stage.
In the first round, the contestants are asked to fill in lyrics to a popular song and the first four to do so move on to the next round. Those who have been advanced are then paired up and compete in mini-games like Scrambled Lyrics, Karaoke Challenge, Blind Start, Playlist, and Singing with the Enemy. The two with the highest score move on to the Chorus Showdown in which they’re each asked to sing the entire chorus of a song.
The winner moves on to the Final Countdown and the opportunity to win $50,000 for correctly filling in lyrics from seven songs.
