Wonder Woman: Will Lynda Carter Be in the New Movie?

by Regina Avalos, February 2, 2016

Wonder Woman

Wonder Woman aired for three seasons before it ended its run. The series starred Lynda Carter in the iconic role, and many fans of the franchise are wondering if they will see Carter back for the new Wonder Woman film set for release next year.

According to Cinema Blend, Carter will not make an appearance in the new film. She had originally talked about being open to the idea, but she did not want just a small cameo appearance. She wanted a role of some substance.

It is likely that the role she was offered did not go beyond the cameo variety. If the Wonder Woman franchise does go beyond the 2017 film, it is possible that fans could see Carter return to the franchise.

Do you want to see Lynda Carter involved with the new Wonder Woman? Tell us what you think.

Absolutely Lynda Carter should be kept in the franchise!! Not only is the iconic and most recognized superhero playing actress in the world, but is still absolutely an incredible looking woman. Just don’t over do the super powers – like making her jump a 12 story building and run so fast it is nothing but a nano second blur – like the bionic woman remake did and failed. She is still a human being and needs to be able to be seen as exaggerated superior strength and speed – not completely unrecognizable – that just makes it stupid.

Yes, she is why they are even making a movie. If they want to attract new along with old fans then will put on in it. If not I think the movie will be a flop.
