The American Ninja Warrior competition is incredibly tough — about as tough as it is to get decent ratings during the summer months. Teaming with G4, NBC is airing another season of American Ninja Warrior. Will it be worth their while? Will they bring it back next year? We shall see.

With Akbar Gbaja Biamila, Jenn Brown, and Matt Iseman as hosts, the program airs on Monday nights. Below are the TV show’s ratings for the Summer 2013 season. These figures will be updated as the weeks progress so keep checking back to see how things are going.

Final season averages: 1.6 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 4.96 million total viewers.

Year-to-year, the premiere was down by 54% in the demo (vs a 2.4 rating) and down by 51% in viewership (vs 6.20 million).

Reference point: Last summer’s NBC broadcasts averaged a 1.9 demo rating and 5.11 million viewers.
