Will the ratings for Anger Management improve in season two or, will they fall even lower than they did in season one? We’ll have to wait and see.
Revolving around an anger management therapist (Charlie Sheen) who has issues of his own, the cast also includes Selma Blair, Shawnee Smith, Daniela Bobadilla, Michael Arden, Noureen DeWulf, Derek Richardson, and Martin Sheen.
The comedy’s ratings are typically the best way to tell if Anger Management would be cancelled or renewed for another season however, 90 episodes were ordered for season two as part of a syndication deal. Those will last for awhile and may or may not be the end anyway.
These figures will be updated as the weeks progress so be sure to bookmark and return to this page:
Final season averages: 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 1.1 million total viewers.

Reference point: The first season of Anger Management averaged a 1.2 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 2.98 million viewers. (You can see the week-by-week numbers here.)
Cable ratings are typically released within a day or so of the show’s airing, except for in the case of weekends and holidays. They are sometimes harder to locate so there may be occasional delays or gaps.
What do you think? Do you like the Anger Management TV series? Do you think that it should be cancelled or renewed for even more episodes?
I love this show! All the characters are well thought out and it is continuously funny. Shame they’ve dropped his daughter from the show. I think the dynamic between Charlie and Martin is fab. I also think the group characters are brilliant. Definitely renew this please! It’s got a lot of life left in it!!
I hope it gets taken off of television and then maybe he can work on being a father instead of a check book. His children need a stable dad more than huge amounts of cash. The porn ho has said she wants to get pregnant right away, and she believes he will be a wonderful dad. I know she is young, but I didn’t realize she was too slow to recognize that he is a lousy father. As for the person that said FX should be happy with any ratings because there are so many channels to watch, I refer… Read more »
Charlie Sheen’s acting has greatly improved these last few months. He is using cue cards less, he’s not squinting anymore, it’s good to actually see his eyes. We’re reminded of the younger Charlie of back in the day. Brian Austin Green has been an excellent addition to the program as has Laura Bell Bundy. Although I love Shawnee Smith, I dislike her character and haven’t missed her. We loved it when dad Martin had cameos earlier in the series. We will mis Anger Management if it’s cancelled. I don’t know what FX expects, I would think with all of the… Read more »
Charlie needs to retool his whole comedy,I don’t like saying it but it’s getting moldy. In the past I was a big fan,now not so much, although he still has potential butat the moment his judgement is cloudy as is his comedy……….. ……………..just voicing my opinion.
wow at this rate, the ratings will be zero in a few weeks
I think it’s a funny show… not too much substance, but I find it interesting and amusing.
So is letting farts.
I like Anger Management, as does everybody in the family. I agree with some of the comments above. I don’t particularly care for the sex-capades attitude; maybe putting him in sex rehab would be good? I thought he looked healthier this last week. I too love Martin with him, as I do Martin with Ed. I liked it when Lacy and Patrick were playing at getting married; I think they should have because there could be a lot of humor in that. I am not too sure why the stoner is there. I liked him on “Men in Trees”, but… Read more »
I love this show
Charlie is really annoying to watch in this show, stammering & stuttering, speed-talking and his voice has changed.
It’s an ok show except for Charlie.
Just my 2 cents.
I think Charlie stutters too too too much. I think it could be funnier. I think most of the actors stink. Charlie is always saying I’d I’d I’d, blah blah blah. He really doesn’t seem to act. I’ve seen him on live tv interviews, he acts the same on those as he does on Anger Management. So, is he acting, or just reading a script
Probably will be the first series in TV history to garner higher ratings in syndication than as a first run.
There seems to be a BIG problem lately with the episodes of this series running in a timely fashion: Since November 21, 2013, only EIGHT first run episodes have been shown – that’s less than 1 every other week.
I’m guessing Charlies hitting both the pipe and his sex worker girlfriend pretty hard lately. What kind of continuity can you have with eight new episodes spread over 17 weeks?
I have always been a big Charlie Sheen fan. When he’s good, he’s very good. Now I feel like I am just watching a prolonged relapse. He doesn’t look healthy and I read in the news he is set to marry a 24 yo porn star. When is this guy going to stop killing himself? After hanging with it all along, I dropped out last week. I erased a current episode, midway through, where Charlie got to totally defame the catholic church and it was blasphemous and offensive. I’m not even catholic. I was just embarrassed to be watching such… Read more »
I love the show but it’s all over the place. Put some long pants on him and stop the stupid jumping all around. He’s supposed to be an educated therapis not a beach bum. Whoever thought putting him in shorts would make the show a hit should be shot. So ridiculous. They made Jordan a ditz. Another mistake. She has a PHD and wants him to breath sangria breath on her….. Brian Green was a good addition but haven’t seen Michael who was a funny neighbor. Haven’t seen ex-wife or daughter. Where is Martin who always makes the episode funny?… Read more »
No!!! Do not cancel this show
I really wanted Sheen to do something a little different but it looks like they are now turning towards him becoming Charlie Harper (2 1/2 Men) When Anger Management started, it had some direction. Charlie was a therapist who was focused and helping a group get control of their problems…looked like it was goiong to give us something new to look at on TV. Now, it looks like he is reprising his old Charlie Harper role, but now Charlie Harper is a sloppy person drinking and horing but in front of a group of people and calling it a Anger… Read more »
