Episode 10-01: Sunday, 9/25/11
2.3 in the demo with 9.89 million; third in the timeslot. The debut was down by 28% in the demo when compared to last year’s season opener.


Reference point: The 2010-11 season averaged a 2.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 10.39 million viewers.

Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.

Last week, CSI Miami didn’t come on until 10:45 — I fell asleep watching the program preceeding CSI-Miami and woke up at 3:00 am…. just in time to watch great old episodes of COMBAT and 12 O’CLOCK HIGH on the METV network.. Late starts after sports, and then showing a rerun just because it is against stupid boring Grammy or Oscar Awards shows… I have cabinet filled with STAR TREK and BAYWATCH episodes that I recorded and I might have watched 10% of them — so I don’t even bother trying to record shows… CBS, NBC and ABC should do… Read more »

If you want CSI : Miami to stay on the air, watch it on March 25 at 10:00. I love all 3 CSIs so if they cancel one, I would like die. So please don’t cancel one of them. I mean like Bo Derek & Raquel Welch guest starred. Hello! CBS those are two great guest stars that Miami got. Tonight Malcolm McDowell will guest star so please people if we want it on the air CBS said you have to tune in.
