FOX continues to find ratings success with their cooking competitions like MasterChef, MasterChef Junior and Hell’s Kitchen. Meanwhile, ABC cancelled their series The Taste. The game show is hosted Adam Richman and the pro chefs include Lorena Garcia, Nadia G, Rocco DiSpirito, Aaron McCargo Jr., Duff Goldman, Eric Greenspan, Brian Malarkey, Marcel Vigneron, Antonia Lofaso, and Fabio Viviani.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival.
