Galavant wrapped its second season on ABC in January, and the cast is still waiting on the status of the series. Will ABC air a third season of the series?
Timothy Omundson is hoping the network keeps Galavant on the air. He starred as King Richard on the musical comedy series.
At a recent event, he spoke with IBTimes about the future of the series. He said:
“We’re hoping and praying. We’re sort of in that limbo right now where they look and see what pilots they have and how successful it’s going to be, and then they do the Sudoku of what a network programming is. There’s a new president at ABC, and we have yet to see if she’s as hot on our show as our former boss was, so we’ll see. Hope and pray.”

Please, please,please….renew Galavant. It is the funniest, and most original , show on television . We, the viewing public, need to have some fun…the songs are hilarious, the storylines epic. I , for one, will be absolutely devastated if it is not renewed.
I love Galavant!!! There’s nothing else like it on TV. It’s a show the family can watch. Loved all the songs (please bring back the original for at least a couple of times in the next season.) We’ve got to find out what happens neXT now that Galavant is married. When is King Richard going to get married? We need more Tad Cooper Dragon!!! What’s Madalena up to now? Too many unanswered questions. We need our Galavant fix!!! More please !!!!
My boyfriend and I love Galavant! We have been living together for almost 3 years and we don’t usually agree on TV shows, but we both just can’t stop watching! We would both be so upset to know it won’t be a part of our weekly routine anymore. Please bring Galavant back for season 3!!

Please please please bring back for season 3. Funniest show in a long time. It is actually funny and not like the sit-coms during the week which are by and large in poor taste and mostly pathetic. This is the first comedy on tv I have actually laughed at
