The Gilmore Girls revival is adding onto its list of returning cast members. Several more members of the original cast have signed on for the Netflix revival.
Liza Weil, who now stars on ABC’s How to Get Away with Murder, revealed that she would appear in the revival. She starred as Paris Gellar on the series.
In addition to Weil, Milo Ventimiglia, who last appeared on ABC’s The Whispers, will also bring his character back to Stars Hollow for the revival. He spoke about his return with TV Line. He said:
“It’s a little strange in the best possible way. All of a sudden, you’re teleported to being 25 years old again. But you’re not 25 anymore. We’re all a lot older.”
Weil and Ventimiglia are not the only people returning for the revival either. Several other members of the cast, including Jared Padalecki, David Sutcliffe, and Emily Kuroda are all returning for the revival as well. Padalecki played Rory’s first boyfriend through the first five seasons of the series. Variety reported on his return. His return means that all three of Rory’s exes are back for the revival.
As for Kuroda, TV Line reported that she will return to the series as “Lane’s (Keiko Agena) scary-strict, antiques-dealing mother.”
