Though Harry’s Law was renewed for a second season, half of the cast won’t be back this fall. According to TV Line sources, both Brittany Snow and Aml Ameen are out for season two.
Reportedly, the parting of the ways was a mutual decision and both performers have been invited to return as guest stars — possibly to give secretary Jenna and paralegal Malcolm a proper farewell. Kathy Bates and Nate Corddry are returning for the new season and presumably some new series regulars will be added.
Harry’s Law started out strong for the peacock network but lost steam as the season progressed, particularly in the 18-49 demographic. It was renewed for a second season likely because NBC has a lot of other schedule holes to fill and the TV series attracts a large overall audience.
For the 2011-12 season, Harry’s Law is slated to air in the 9pm timeslot on Wednesday nights.

“harry’s law” is one of the few shows for which i make room in my schedule. i so much enjoy the interplay between the various characters and points of view laid out in the courtroom set pieces! surely there is room in the nbc line-up to give this program another chance. recognizing and encouragingthe value of quality is never a stupid move. cancelling “harry’s law”, however, is.
you must find a way to revive this intellegent and deep-hearted show! i’m such a devoted fan that i thought surely the rumblings about cancellation were going to be overturned like one of the courtroom scenarios that david kelley writes so well. nbc should find a way to give “harry’s law”another shot. please
I haven’t watched Harry Law’s since they changed it!! I will not watch a cookie cutter show. It was so cool with show store NBC SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i look forward to harrys law on wensday night and will be highly disappointed if it is cut
Please put HARRYS LAW back the way it was in season one,with both Brittany Snow and Aml Ameen who were both good. But now the second season is the same as all the other shows and Ifor one shall not watch it any more.

I agree bring Malcolm back from Law School, get Damien Back, go back downstairs. Bring Jenna back, as well! With the occupy police situations, welfare, child abuse, job loss, marital stress, there’s plenty of topics. Stay in the neighborhood and dare to be different!
i love harrys law and too w3ant to see jenna and malcolm return, even if they are different actors, and dont forget the shoe store
