FOX’s Prison Break revival is already a go for next year, but could there be more in the future? On Twitter, the series’ writers recently suggested another season was possible.
The original Prison Break ran for four seasons before ending in 2009. The upcoming revival will reunite the main cast members, Wentworth Miller, Dominic Purcell, and Sarah Wayne Callies, for an all-new adventure.
On the Prison Break writers’ official Twitter, the writers said if ratings for the revival are strong, the series could continue:

The new season is expected to premiere in early 2017.
