The Rush Hour movies brought in a lot of money at the box office years ago but movies being translated into television series have had mixed success in the ratings. Will the Rush Hour TV show be a hit or a flop? Cancelled or renewed for a second season? Stay tuned.
An action comedy series, Rush Hour follows a maverick LAPD detective (Justin Hires) and a by-the-book detective from Hong Kong (Jon Foo) who knock heads when they are forced to partner together to fight crime. The rest of the cast includes Wendie Malick, Aimee Garcia, and Page Kennedy.

I love it! The more you watch it the better it gets! At first I resisted because wasn’t original actors but they have grown on me and now I’m really hoping it stays in the lineup! So much better than shows w canned laughter like Broke Girls etc! That type of show insults my intelligence!! Please keep shows like Blood and Oil and Rush Hour for us to enjoy!!! VERY great revival, makes for great action TV. The episodes are plot driven and get better each time with every moral. The cast is so so likeable, it’s so funny to see Lee, Carter and Gerald interacting and add different dynamics. The acting and humor is very good, too. Page Kennedy is very funny along with Justin, Jon and Aimee. IMO this isn’t some rushed put together production trying to cash in ratings. It’s a very genuine and developed readaption of a great franchise and I hope to see it renewed for a second season as a chance for improvement.

Please give it a chance! So many shows are put on for a season, or less, and they aren’t able to have the chance to find their ground. Meanwhile, others, that are unbearable to watch due to bad acting, repeat-n-rinse storylines or being reality TV, get renewed. How boring. I have loved Rush Hour since Episode one! While I was never a huge fan of the movies, despite liking Jackie Chan, I’m excited every week to watch Jon Foo & Justin Hines. Plz don’t cancel this show it has comedy drama. What do ppl want now stupid show Exp: Simpson’s,family guy,American Dad,I am Can’t, Keeping up with the Kardashian’s Yea these r great examples for kids to watch. We need shows like this instead of those reality garbage shows.
I don’t understand why Rush Hour should be cancel, I absolutely love this show and I look forward to watching it and while I am waiting for it to come back on, I find myself watching reruns on Xfinity On demand. With all the crap on T.V today, it nice to have a show that has action and drama, a very good story line, a show that all the main characters I love, and a show that doesn’t need laugh bites make you laugh. I absolutely LOVE Rush Hour on CBS…it’s hilarious & the action (without the usual swearing) is the best! It definitely needs to be renewed!

Can’t believe this is airing but CBS has dragged their ‘ask me no questions’ and FINALLY decided to air POI in May with a last season. SHOULD HAVE RENEWED IT instead of waisting money on “Rush Hour”… #ShouldaStayedAMovie

Really hope Rush Hour gets cancelled soon by CBS. The movie version Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker were hilarious but the TV version is an EPIC FAIL 🙁

Whose bonehead idea was it to put this on? This is a worse debut rating than Angel From Hell got, and that one was cancelled after only 5 episodes.
I agree…. only got thru half of it… it was AWFUL… and Justin Hires was the worst! Over acting is never a good thing.
Completely agree. Only got through 20 min. Hopefully this will be cancelled to make a time slot for anything else
