TV show description:
This action comedy series is based on the Rush Hour feature film franchise. It follows a maverick LAPD detective and a by-the-book detective from Hong Kong who knock heads when they are forced to partner together.
Detective Lee (Jon Foo) is a reserved and honorable master martial artist with lightning-fast moves. He comes to Los Angeles to avenge his sister’s alleged death and learn more about her connection to a Chinese organized crime ring.
Meanwhile, Detective Carter (Justin Hires) is a wisecracking cop who plays by his own rules. Carter’s boss, Captain Lindsay Cole (Wendie Malick), often gets frustrated with him she knows he’s a brilliant detective who gets results.
Attempting to help the two partnered detectives get along is Sergeant “Didi” Diaz (Aimee Garcia), Carter’s friend and former partner who doesn’t hesitate to call him out on his antics.
Secretly aiding them as an informant is Carter’s cousin, Gerald (Page Kennedy). He’s a low-level offender who runs with a tough crowd.
Even as their cultures clash and tempers flare, Carter and Lee can’t deny they make a formidable team. They’ll also grudgingly admit that sometimes an unlikely pairing can make for a great partnership.
Episode #13 — Familee Ties
When a meeting of rival Los Angeles gang lords is orchestrated by the Quantou gang, Carter and Lee must infiltrate it to find Lee’s sister Kim and save her from going further with the Quantou.

you need to bring back rush hour one of the best shows on tv don’t disappoint the fans it would be a mistake to cancel it
I can’t believe Rush Hour was canceled! I loved it. It is funny and it appeals to a lot of different audiences. I looked forward to it every week. I loved the characters, the witty dialogue, and the lack of a flood of blood and gore and horrible, tragic murders that seem to permeate our TV world.
My sisters and I live in different states and on Thursdays we would call each other to make sure one of us wouldn’t miss it. It is a great series and please give it a chance on the rating. Not everyone knew about it. It’s the best in a long time. Looking forward to it coming back on.

Great show! I have seen every show that has been shown. It is funny lots of action and good family entertainment. Hope it comes back next season.
I think this is an absolutely funny and exciting show, with great characters, action, and story lines! The problem is that this show is on, on Thursday and up against abc’s Rhonda Rhimes’ line up! No “one show” can compete with that! Please bring it back on a different night like Sunday’s which will definitely be lacking with the Good Wife gone!
This is great fun. The back story is intriguing and the everyday action and comedy are perfect! It is one of the best shows out there! Should not be cancelled!! Give it at least a chance at a whole season!!

I have watched every show. It’s different and funny. It has grown on me. I’d like to see it continued.
This a good show, its funny, it’s got action all in one movie.
The series needs to be canceled the African-American Role is stupid, obnoxious, sicking and loud. His partner is a good actor, the series should’ve been made just with him without the
“Boring Comedy”. I too am African American!
