Under the Dome aired its third and final season on CBS over the summer, but the series did leave an opening for the story to continue during its finale.
CBS has no plans to open that door at all though. Glenn Geller addressed the possibility of a revival for Under the Dome at the Winter TCA’s, and it is not even on the table for discussion at this time.
TV Guide shared the news on its Twitter during the CBS panel.

If they make a fourth that intrests more people (which they should) it might possibly grow in the number of viewers and increase ratings, which could introduce more seasons. unfortunately this may not happen.

No. The third season killed the series for me. So different from the first two seasons it was like a new show.
Bring it back, every time something good comes on they take it off. So tired of it, you leave on stupid crap and take off the decent stuff.
