Breaking Bad: Sundance TV to Re-Air All Five Seasons

by Regina Avalos, December 30, 2015

breaking-bad-secrets

Breaking Bad fans will have the chance to relive the series from episode one through the final episode all over again. Sundance TV will air all five seasons on their network starting December 30, which is tonight.

Read more about this special return from the press release below.

SundanceTV will give viewers the chance to relive their favorite Walter White and Jesse Pinkman moments – or see what they’ve been missing! – when the network airs every episode of “Breaking Bad,” the five-season drama widely regarded as one of the best series of all time, starting from the very beginning. Each Wednesday, starting December 30th at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT, four episodes of the acclaimed series will air back-to-back in chronological order only on SundanceTV.

Original cast members will live tweet each week, sharing favorite on and off screen memories with the hashtag #BadIsBack. Behind-the-scenes interviews and featurettes will air on SundanceTV and www.sundance.tv.

“Breaking Bad,” the two-time Emmy® Award winner for Outstanding Drama Series that originally aired on AMC and was created and produced by Vince Gilligan, follows Walter White (Emmy® Award-winning Bryan Cranston), a high school chemistry teacher who lives in New Mexico with his wife Skyler (Emmy® Award-Winning Anna Gunn) and teenage son Walt Jr. (RJ Mitte), who has cerebral palsy. White is diagnosed with Stage III cancer and given a prognosis of two years left to live. With a new sense of fearlessness based on his medical prognosis and a desire to secure his family’s financial security, White chooses to enter the dangerous but profitable world of drugs with his former student Jesse Pinkman (Emmy® Award-winning Aaron Paul) and begins a dark ascent to power. Other iconic characters featured in “Breaking Bad” include Marie Schrader (Betsy Brandt) and her husband Hank (Dean Norris), Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk), Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) and Gus Fring (Giancarlo Esposito).

Are you a Breaking Bad fan? Will you watch the series from start to finish again? Tell us what you think.

I’m wondering the same thing! They stopped showing the series and gave no explanation. I sent sundance two emails asking why and no response! I even called them on the phone several times and left messages, since no one will answer and no one called me back!

What happened to Breaking Bad? All of a sudden there were no episodes,on Wednesdays. I have watched this series several times, and wanted to watch it all, again.

Why did Sundance stop showing BRBA with no explanation? It was in the middle of the series, and was replaced by A Word or something. UGH!! Please bring back our favorite series. Weds. not the same without it…..

Why isn’t sun dance showing breaking bad anymore? It got to the episode right after Sunset last week and I waited all week for another 3 episodes but now there’s not any this week or next week??? Seriously what’s going on? I noticed that law and order is in its place. Gonna be hella pissed if BrBa reruns got replaced by Law and Order reruns.

I hope it’s not a ploy to get people to buy the seasons on DVD.

Why does Sundance mute out all of the profanity? It’s kind of annoying. Why not just put up an advisory for language like every other channel does…
