The Alphabet Network is at home in Shondaland. TV Line reports The Catch TV show on ABC has been renewed for a second season. When the series was not included in ABC’s early season, fans feared The Catch would be cancelled.
A high-stakes private investigator/cat-and-mouse drama, The Catch features Mireille Enos as Alice Vaughan, who runs an excluse P.I. and security firm, Anderson/Vaughan, with her best friend and partner Valerie Anderson (Rose Rollins). When Alice’s fiancé, Christopher Hall (Peter Krause) targets swindles her out of 1.4 million dollars and disappears, she learns he is the Mr. X she has been tracking for her clients — master con artist Benjamin Jones. Alimi Ballard, Jay Hayden, Jacky Ido, Sonya Walger, and Elvy Yost also star.

I love The Catch! Different rom any other crime show, very unpredictable. Has combo of humor and drama. Keep it coming!!
I am soo disappointed ABC will not be renewing!!!!! I looked forward to it every Thursday! Scandal and Greys Anatomy has depressing plot lines and sometimes, the story drags on but The Catch was something different!! It was sexy and funny! We will never know what happens to Alice, Ben, and Ethan! SOOO SAD!

This is absolutely ridiculous one of the best shows that ABC has to offer and they cancel it. The show has a great cast and the story line is awesome that constantly changes and keeps your interest in the show that makes you can’t wait till the next showing. ABC please reconsider your opinion and reinstate The Catch.
I loved the premise of the show and the characters but too little to the imagination now and not my cup of tea. I’ll watch something else.

This was my favorite show last season. It is fun to watch, the main characters are both sexy and attractive, and it is good to see a well done show that is not a continuation of the news programs. A little escapeism is good from time to time

Thank you ABC for renewing a great show! So so so tired of “reality” crap. A show with good plot and interesting characters is rare these days and you hit the jackpot with The Catch.
I just watched the catch for the first time..didn’t know it existed until I was skimming through the demand Chanel’s…as I normally don’t watch abc because they don’t have anything good on except reality crap..however I really enjoyed the catch and I’m hopping they will come back with a second season….if abc played more things such as the catch more people would watch..
