Despite the success of Criminal Minds, it looks like one of its spin-offs has failed to take hold. Recently, CBS revealed they’ve cancelled Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders after two seasons.
A crime procedural, Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders revolves around the International Division of the FBI which investigates crimes and rescues Americans in peril abroad. The cast includes Gary Sinise, Alana De La Garza, Daniel Henney, Tyler James Williams, and Annie Funke.
Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders began with low ratings, and season two has dipped even further. So far, the season is averaging a 0.84 rating in the 18-49 demo and 4.99 million viewers, making it one of CBS‘ lowest-rated series for the 2016-2017 season. It seems the network hasn’t found a successor to Criminal Minds just yet.
However, despite low ratings, the show does have a loyal-if-small fan base. When we asked viewers if they thought Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders should be renewed, 79% said “yes.” Sadly, the fate of the series is beyond their control.

Gary Sinise is the best actor the show was great they should bring it back shame on CBS for cancelling it.
CBS, plain out dumb!! All the vomit u play on CBS u choose to take off such a awesome show. I’m 42 and I love this show as well the cast. Start taking off some of the idiotic programming u continue to renew and keep cmbb. SMH

I love this cast, for once in my life I wish they would stop forecasting all the shows on the 18-49 age group. There are other age groups that like this show. I am 57 and can’t wait til this show comes on…Gary Sinise is a awesome actor…
I love this show. I’m in my 50s and think it’s almost better than the original. Please renew it or revive it! It’s important to see what happens in other countries.

I remember when Gary Sinise had facial expression. Not sure what happened, but watching him was bothersome. There was nothing that created an attraction for me in the show……. No one really brought “A performance” to the screen.
This might have been better suited to an animated adventure. Then, maybe Gary would have facial expression………. If it is a medical condition, I apologize……
All the good shows get cancelled not right. This show is great I enjoyed it every week. No one like Gary Sinise. The cast was fantastic. Just not fair. Please please rethink. Your making a big mistake.
