Is Ryan Lochte trading in his Speedo for the salsa? Entertainment Weekly reports the Olympic medal-winning swimmer is in talks to join the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars.

Lochte recently picked up his 12th Olympic medal at the Rio Olympics, where he became the center of controversy after falsely claiming he was robbed by gunpoint.

Though ABC has not yet unveiled the cast for season 23 of Dancing with the Stars, Lochte is reportedly a frontrunner. The swimmer had his own E! reality series, What Would Ryan Lochte Do?, which was cancelled after one season in 2013.

Season 23 of Dancing with the Stars premieres on September 12th.
